My mission is to ensure every athlete and active individual feels supported beyond just performance and recovery. I do this by focusing on key areas like macronutrient balance, hydration, nutrient timing, gut health, nutrient absorption, energy optimization, sleep quality, and more.
My approach is rooted in building sustainable, practical habits that align with each athlete’s sport-specific needs and lifestyle demands — this allows my clients to feel confident in their ability to fuel, recover, and perform.


I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, with a Diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.
To support my clients further, I earned an Advanced Certificate in Nutrition Coaching for Athletes, allowing me to bridge the gap between everyday nutrition and athletic performance.
Additionally, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in sport-specific training — including endurance, strength, and power — for individuals looking to enhance performance and longevity in their sport and in life.
What sparked my interest in sports nutrition, was a major setback — I tore my ACL playing competitive soccer. During the long road to recovery, I quickly realized how powerful nutrition was in supporting my progress. After 6 months of recovery post-surgery, I was back on the field playing my final year of varsity. I learned through trial and error what worked in supporting my performance, and what didn’t.
That’s when it clicked: nutrition is more than just food — it’s a tool that can elevate recovery, performance, and longevity in sport and an active lifestyle. Today, I use my knowledge and education to support other athletes and active individuals feel and perform their best.
